So Ryron Gracie was in town over the weekend and did seminars on Friday night and Saturday morning. It was awesome. He was hilarious and his fiance was there Friday night helping sell stuff. Now having ordered from the Gracie store a couple of times, I was all about not paying shipping for stuff and picked up the Gracie diet book. Hubby and I both want to compete (him much sooner than me) and I know the food you put in your body has a major affect on how your body preforms. I think I said in a previous post that a plate of pasta can render me unconscious. Anywho back to Ryron and his fiance Victoria Parsons. She was in town with the Nuclear Cowboyz and she was just stinkin adorable. Friday night I was running registration and she was sitting behind the merchandise table so for the two hours the guys were actually doing the seminar, we were pretty bored. Being not exactly shy and a bit of a talker, I went over and talked to her a bit. Sweetest-thing-eva! I think there is a video of her on youtube showing some women empowered moves with Ryron. Let me see if I can find it.......
So I did get lots of pictures from the seminars including a kids class where my two oldest got to do a bullyproof class with Ryron. It was awesome. They were starstruck because they see him on the videos and then there he was all giant like. I haven't actually seen the pictures yet. They are sitting on my desk inside my camera screaming to get out. This has been the busiest weekend ever and I have some schoolwork that I absolutely have to get done but then I will try to post some pictures.
